Meeting point will be; Aymestrey Village Hall (On the A4110) Aymestrey Village Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 9SU Cost; £60/person Lunch/refreshments included. Attendees must bring; Their own (zeroed) deer legal rifle fitted with a sound moderator and 50 rounds of ammunition. You will also need to bring a copy of your insurance and firearm certificate, 50 rounds of ammunition, a mat (to lie on) and ear defenders. Please wear suitable wet weather/outdoor clothing and boots.

When you register for our events we ask you to agree to our terms and conditions and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions and/or our privacy policy please do not register for the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you: If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking for whatever reason, please inform us in writing (email is acceptable).  Cancellation is effective from the date your notification is received by us. For paid events a full refund will be given for cancellations made up to 10 days before the event. No refunds will be given for bookings cancelled less than 10 days before the event except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of The Deer Initiative.

Substitute delegate: If you have paid your fee and cannot attend the event you are permitted to send a substitute delegate.  You must inform us of the name of your substitute delegate at least 2 days before the event is due to take place.

Cancellation of the event: It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of The Deer Initiative, to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers or the venue.  In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled The Deer initiative will make a refund of the fee paid but disclaim any further liability.
